At Intec Solution we focus on the end result. Our clearly defined process encompasses  our approach of Listening, Solving, Executing and Managing our clients technology needs. Here is our process:

 

Discovery:

 

begins by identify key members of  a clients staff that will serve as expert users of the new system. Once identified Intec collaborates a series of meetings to Listen to the wants and needs of the client and gather requirements of the new system/application.

 

Analysis:

 

During this Phase requirements are analyzed and a project concept is created. At the end of this Phase a clear project plan is created with a timeline and project budget and is reviewed by the client.

 

Design:

 

Using the information from the Discovery and Analysis phases our software architect produces a design document that conceptualizes the user interfaces and flow of information. Platforms are chosen and a development environment is set up. This gives the client a visual idea of how the application will look and function. This document is reviewed and presented to the client for final approval.

 

Development:

 

Working from the highly detailed design document, our web application developers construct the useable application. During this phase the system moves from concept to an actual functioning system.

 

Testing and Release:

 

During this phase the new application is assurance tested to make sure that it meets all the design specifications. New deployment environments are set up and the application and data are prepared for live release.

 

Training and Documentation:

 

Training can be provided to key users of the new application/system. A user document can also be created for future users if requested.

 

Support and Enhancement:

 

Intec prioritizes customer support. Customer satisfaction is our priority. All applications will need routine support as well as enhancements as the system grows and evolves with the company. We take time to set a plan in place to help our clients plan for these support issues and enhancements. We feel this is a critical step in helping our clients evolve and grow using technology.
